ART IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Cultivating community through artistic expression with the local seniors and residents. Art activities can include but are not limited to weaving, painting, sculpting, and a variety of other mediums.

CYCLING WITHOUT AGE NYC

Cycling throughout Central Park with local seniors, giving them the opportunity to enjoy nature and their neighborhood. With volunteers steering the bikes, they are able to engage in conversation with the riders while simultaneously allowing them to appreciate the view.

DO WHAT YOU LOVE

A chance for high school students to get plugged in with their neighborhood and work with local seniors. Volunteer work includes door-to-door visits, tech support, conversation initiatives, and storytelling.

INNERCHANGE EAST HARLEM

We work specifically with seniors and youth in East Harlem, focusing on reconciliation, peacemaking, bridge-building and community enhancement.
